The whole point is to catch problems while the agent is still standing in the property — not after, when going back means another trip across the city.

Four walls, checked against the compass
The app reads the phone's compass as each photo is taken. Point at a wall that has already been shot and it says so — turn to face a new wall — so four photos are four walls, not the same corner four times.

Blur caught on the spot
Every shot is scored for sharpness the moment it is captured. A soft photo is rejected there and then, while the agent is still in the room to retake it — rather than surfacing days later when the listing is being written.

Say it, don't type it
Voice notes are recorded per space. Walk into the bedroom, describe the light and the wardrobe, move on. The words stay attached to that space — not dumped into one general notes field to be untangled afterwards.

A locality that actually exists
Property type, BHK configuration and locality are picked against an India-wide pincode and locality directory. Real Kothruds and real Koregaon Parks, spelled the same way every time — not a dropdown someone hardcoded for one city.
